APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP:

New members and membership renewals (for all classes of membership) can now be made through www.showmanager.com.au  To use this site you need to open an account (free) and then follow the promps. You can also pay for any extras such as if you require a printed copy of the Snow Courieror or to renew your responsible Breeder application.

The Club conducts meetings throughout the year. 

The Annual General Meeting will be held on the fourth (4th) Thursday in July.

FULL MEMBERSHIP     $30.00 per annum. (VCA member) $38.00 (Non VCA)

FAMILY MEMBERSHIP  $40.00 per annum. (VCA member) $56.00 (Non VCA)

JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP  $ 2.00 per annum (no voting rights)

ASSOCIATE MEMBER: $15.00 (no voting rights)

To receive posted hard copy there is an annual surcharge.

Published four times a year for the months of January, April, August and October.  Copy closes one month before each issue.

Congratulations to New Champions & Members Litter Notifications are printed free, however details should be given to the Secretary to guarantee inclusion in the magazine.

By-Law

All Snow Courier advertising must be paid for in advance.

By-Law

That the following conditions apply to the production of the Snow Courier cover containing a paid advertisement photograph.

(a) Purchaser to supply a selection of glossy prints no smaller than 180mm x 130mm.

(b) Editor is to select an appropriate print.

(c) The prints are not to contain trophies, sashes, people, name of animal or kennel/owner.

(d) A write up of the animal is to be supplied by the purchaser using sufficient words to fill no more than a quarter page of the Snow Courier.

(e) The cost to the purchaser is to be determined annually by the Committee of the day with regard to printing costs and the cost of the standard cover.
